Courtney Stirton-Howell, Registered Massage Therapist, Action Physiotherapy St. John's

Courtney Stirton-Howell is a recent graduate of Academy Canada. She is in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Newfoundland and Labrador (CMTNL) and the Newfoundland and Labrador Massage Therapists Association (NLMTA).

She is a bright young woman who started at Action during a work term in 2016 as a Physiotherapy Assistant. She has a passion for rehabilitation and, through working at the clinic, decided to go back to school for massage therapy. She now enjoys incorporating wellness through massage using a variety of techniques.

Some of these include but are not limited to, general Swedish massage, manual lymph drainage, trigger point release, myofascial release, deep tissue work, remedial exercise, and joint mobilization.

In her free time, Courtney enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and expanding her knowledge of the profession.
